SOG Flash II Rescue

Does anyone out there have any experience with the Flash II Rescue?
I'm looking to purchase a new rescue knife and this one looks very interesting.
the others I've looked at are: Cold Steel Land & Sea/Rescue
Gerber E-Z Out Rescue, or River Shorty
Spyderco Rescue 93 mm or D'Allara Rescue

Usage would be primarily marshaling (car & motorcycle racing), canoeing, hunting & fishing. Does anyone have any experience with any of these?

They're nice.
The only thing I didn't like was that they only come with the Zytel handles and the metal/graphite handles aren't an option on that model. I'm not a fan of plastic on a knife or I'd still have it.
