sog folder identification help

can anyone help me identify this sog folder it is marked seki japan on the Blade on one side sog emblem on the other, the blade i is 3" long
and Open it is - 6 1/2". stainless handle with black thumb stud

It was my fathers he recently passed and it was part of his collection.it looks a little worn light scratches from pocket wear I believe. that is all I really know about it.
