SOG form the early 90s?

I'm just hoping that one of you guys or gals might be able to ID this knife for me. As far as i know its from the early 90s.

If you can tell me what the blade steel is that'd be great

SOG Tech alright (Probably Tech 2, as Tech 1 was longer; or was that the other way round?)!
Came in two sizes one a full 7 inches the other this stout version...
The SOG TECH was the basis for the SEAL SOG.
And both were retired from the line-up not long after that.
Good knives, if only they had handles other than in kraton; I would have kept them longer!
 
It's a Sog Tech 1. Should be around 5.75" long, and .25" thick. Steel is 420 something...Not a bad knife. I keep one in my Jeep.
