Not from my experience. I did contact them about some appraisals in June. A guy did contact me back after a couple weeks and answered my initial question which was very helpful. Unfortunately, after I paid the $4 for the appraisals I haven't actually gotten them. It has been about 5 months with me emailing them every month to remind them. I have heard nothing. Sort of disappointing.
