I just recieved my Magnadot and TiNi Recondo
!!!WOW!!!
The Recondo is one evil, wicked, mean, and nasty looking knife... It looks much more imposing "in person" than in pictures. Perhaps it's the TiNi, but the Tanto angles don't look as pronounced. It is incredibly well balanced, blade up or down. The little ridges at the base really add to the grip. I have some Cocobolo slabs that are just itching to go on as handles. They have a thick black grain that will really complement the blade. BTW it is very sharp!!!
Once I get a chance to use it, I'll post more, for now I'm still drooling
The Magnadot is just comfortable. That is a knife I will use over and over. I think it will replace my beloved AirSOG as my most used knife. I have many more knives, but there are some I rarly use (expensive...) and some that are always on my belt (worth more...). I am a Cub Scout leader, and suspect that the Magnadot will end up being my "camp knife". It is a good size, and partially serrated for rope cutting, etc... This is just a great all-around knife, that seldom gets the attention it I think it will prove it deserves.
Any thoughts?
