Recently I picked up A Seki Magnadot off the bay at what I considered a very reasonable price. I didn't know quite what to expect from this knife. When I got it the first thing I noticed was the weight. It did not feel lite like many other FRN handled knives. The blade is thick! As thick or thicker than a ZT 550. What surprised me is how thick the FRN is. It is thicker than the blade and solid, not milled out or anything. Unlike most FRN handled knives I cannot make this handle flex. I can make the FRN with steel liners on my Spec Elite II flex but not the Magnadot handle. It is more along the lines of my CS Recon 1's G10: no flex at all with no steel liners. It is also a big knife that feels very good in hand. I can't wait to throw this thing in the EDC rotation!
And with its much littler brother:
