I've owned a PowerAssist B-66N for a year now. I broke my pliers by attempting to loosen a bolt on my ATV (in the middle of the desert). Would SOG be able to replace the pliers?

Call them up and ask them! They are a great company to deal with in my experiences.

To answer your question, yes I'm pretty sure they can do it. However like the dude above me said they would probably charge a small fee though. But you shouldn't worry. Even if they can't do it I am positive they would replace your tool with a new one as it should be covered by their lifetime warranty.

I had a SOG PowerPlier repaired about 10 years ago after I bent the jaws cutting concertina wire. Took a few weeks but even after I asked if that constitutes abuse, the rep apologized for the problem. Not sure if they'd charge now, but all I paid was postage.
