:D Was thinking about getting a SOG Northwest Range knife, but I have 1 question. What type of tang setup does the knife have? Is it full tang, rat tail tang or what? Thanks for any and all info.:D

I'm pretty sure it's a full hidden tang. That is, bigger than a rat tail (stick) tang, but smaller than a full exposed tang. I'm certain that it goes to the end of the handle, with the lanyard tube through it.

My SOG Northwest Ranger feels like it has a full tange(the way the lanyard hole goes through the handle reinforces this in my mind). This is a great camp/ hiking knife, durable and lightweight...kingoftow

Great knife. Finally they released it without serrations. I waited many years for this. When I got mine, I ran a strong magnet along the handle and it stuck the whole length, telling me it's full tang. It's a thin blade, so it's a great slicer. I put a couple of rivets through the belt loop above the blade entrance so the belt loop isn't too big. I'd leave it as is if your gonna use a wide belt. Sheath is ok, but would of preferred kydex. Great under $100 knife
