SOG Power Assist

I had heard stuff about the SOG Power Assist and looked at the website. I'm looking at getting it to replace my old school LM. The few sites online where I could find it were sold out. This is a new product from what I've heard so It's not surprising, but does anyone know when it's gonna have a more widespread release? Thanks for the help.
 
All the articles that I have read,said they don't come out till Nov. of this year,but you can preorder thru SOG,I have the powerlock,and love it,although a bit heavy compaired to my
PST 2 that is my normal EDC.
It looks like you can change the tools and blades on the power assist just like the powerlock,and get to the knife blade just like the LM charge's.
