I was still suprised at the weight even though I read the specs....and to think I thought of getting a Supertool 300. That would have been a mistake. I first thought of trading for the smaller "Pocket" one.

Really like the smooth action of the jaws, plus they seem well designed and finished. Overall a very pretty tool. This should be a good tool for me.

The SOG is a big, smooth-opening beast. Should last forever. The only think I don't care for is that the blades and so forth cannot be accessed without opening up the plier, flipping open the cover, etc. But its a darn good tool and well made.
