sog revolver

If you could post your thoughts on the revolver. Is the saw any good ?what about the handle?is it worth the money? thanks for any help new to this forum

Welcome skaterboy, I was one of the first on the forums to buy a Revolver back when they first came out. I've had it ever since. Love that blade. The saw is wonderfull. Used it last summer and fall to cut walking sticks on hikes and do various things around camp. Handle is comfortable, blade is takes a wicked edge and makes short work of veggies. :thumbup: I've got a few campouts planned for this summer. The Revolver will be my main blade on a few of them.

Robbie, This is the first year since moving here we've gotten any real winter/snow. So no spring yet.

My revolver is tucked away in my day pack (Military butt pack/h-harness) waiting for the next hike or campout. Thinking I might have to pull it out to cut veggies for the dutch oven this afternoon. The saw doesn't see much use right now, but the blade sure can.
