Good Day Folks,

I found a Sculptura in one of my old dresser drawers. I do not know anything about it or where I even got it from. I read in a few places that it's an assisted opener. My first "Q" is : Is it really an assisted opener, in the typical sense?

Second "Q" is: It does not open unless I manually open like a typical pocket knife, so if it's an assisted opener where can I get it fixed as I love this little SOG. It would also need sharpened, cleaned and polished. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Ok Ok,
Third "Q" is: Is it worth the time and money, are these still available ? Value ?

Again many thanks !!!! John I.

Cute little bugger. Had not ever really noticed that one before.

None of the descriptions I came across refer to it as an assisted opener.
Typically with that type of lock, if you disengage it, you should be able to flick it open easily.

Original MSRP was $54

It's now discontinued, so value is hard to guess. Depends how bad someone wants it.

It is not an assisted opener.

It is an Arc lock.

It had a small pocket clip that I ask Spencer Frazer about years ago and he said it was actually designed as a clip but also a paper money holder.

It is very small and slick to hold but probably one of the best mini folders SOG ever made.

It was aus 8 steel if I remember correctly and opened smooth as silk.

No longer made but can be found, as a matter of fact I saw 1 today at a knife show near me for $45.

Great little knife.
