SOG Seal PUP- Seki Japan

Just picked up a NIB SOG Seal Pup. It is one of the older ones I guess because it has Seki Japan stamped on the blade. I bought it for 2 reasons- 1) I wanted a fixed blade knife & 2) It was a Seki Japan blade. Am I just sucker for wanting a Seki versus Taiwan?
I am liking the way this knife feels in my hand!
 
Same here a Seki Japan Seal pup. The thing is wicked sharp and stays that way, well balanced, and your right feels great in your hand. I use mine a lot you're going to love it.

I have a seki seal pup. I have beat it up for 7 years now and though it looks terrible it still does the job.
