Sog design looks nicer but steel is 9cr13 plastic sheath, flimsy belt attachment $30

Survive Necker is 20CV and seems a little harder to control, nice kydex sheath with belt clip factory 2ND $46

design wise
snarl - eye catching!
safe two-finger hold or grip
some have mentioned their reservation regarding just how thin a strip of metal is left on the bottom part which bares an edge,
after milling the integral first hole.
in the long term, sharpening could eventually wear it right through
and thus, having no structural support but for the top portion of the first finger hole.
bye! bye! integral handle...
Necker - looks like it's been broken off.
a single finger hole could have the user ending up with a snapped finger during intense violent physical activity.
but it looks like a more hardy knife of the two.
It would serve well as part of a micro kit.

verdict -
snarl for looks and better handling qualities.
necker would have to do, if there really isn't any choice.
