SOG Team Leader knife with razor back.

I was looking into getting a new SOG Team Leader knife, and was wondering if anyone has or has tried out the new Team Leader with the saw back spine. My main question is will the razorback impede or completely stop the batoning on the back of the blade? Thanks for any input.

I believe mistwalker posted a review of that knife a while back.He spoke quite favorably of it.You might try a search for that thread.

You cannot baton with it. It is a knife. Use a hatchet for wood.

mistwalker did an extensive on this knife. the saw is so effective batoning is not necessary. you may still find his review in testing section.
