sog Tech Bowie??

Im looking to buy a Tech Bowie, but I havent even handled a sog fixed blade. From what Ive seen they very attractive knives, but id like to know how the AUS8 blades hold up when used. Id like just about anything you can tell me about this knife, and appreciate any input from owners. I must say I have a trident folder and I love the thing.

I don't have that particular SOG, but based on my experience with the SOG fixed blades I do have: go for it !!!

I have both the satin and the TiNi coated Tech Bowies... very nice. I prefer the satin however.

I agree with what everyone else says. I've got a satin blade, and I love it. It's not as big as I thought it was going to be but it feels really great in the hand, and its in line with the rest of what SOG offers. Good quality and sharp.
