SOG Tech I & Tech II markings

Hi guys,

Need your help identifying 2 Techs:

(Tech I?) 6.xx inches, satin, brass guard, kraton handle, and marked EDM.WA. (Edmond, Washington). It came with a heavy duty condura sheath.

(Tech II?) 7.xx inches, as above, and marked S.M.CA. (Santa Monica, California). It came with a beautiful leather sheath.

Are any of these made with SK-5 steel, or both AUS6?:confused:
 
I think both of them are AUS6. I will have to check some archived info to verify but I am fairly certain that they are both AUS6.
 
Tech I is the shorter blade, Tech II is the longer blade.

Each blade is nice & shiny ?? If so, I would say the material is stainless steel, and AUS6.

I do recall seeing a catalog page that SOG did make the Tech I and Tech II in SK-5. Do some searching around in the SOG Forum, there was a long discussion about such things a year or so ago.....
