What's the condition of the SOG Tigershark? Has it been used?

Edit: I'll take it if it's in excellent condition or better and if you'll send it overseas

No box on the SOG, but all original parts and sheath. Knife made in Seki, Japan and has been coated black.
 
I'm still interested in the Tigershark... I guess it depends if GrinderMcgee is willing to send it overseas (I would be willing to pay the extra for o'seas shipping of course)
