SOG twitch 2

I recently purchased a twitch 2. it was packaged in a " clam shell " container. On the top of the clam shell it stated it was CONTRACTOR GRADE. My brother bought one about a month earlier. It came in a small box with no mention of it being CONTRACTOR GRADE. The question I am asking is this a lower quality twitch 2 ?

I was told by SOG that both are exactly the same.
