SOG Twitch Xl rattle

Hey guys, I recieved a SOG twitch XL for my anniversary with my girlfriend. Shes great. I have been carrying this knife as my edc carry since the 6th when I opened it.

Two nights ago as I took the knife out of my pocket I heard a rattle sound coming from it. It doesn't happen when the knife is open in the locked position, but from closed to just before locked it rattles.

Does anyone here know a way to fix it? I emailed SOG about this yesterday but I thought that it was something that you guys could help with on here. I love the knife and still carry it even with the rattle. The only time I dont use this is when I carry my Delica 4 or Byrd Cara Cara, and thats only when I am fishing.

And I am not a Russian Spambot, sorry guys.
 
Weird that I got no response from anyone here. I also got no response from SOG.... I'll wait until next week before I call. I'm kind of disappointed actually.


I know there are people who work at SOG here, would you guys be able to help me out at all, at least with answering questions.....
 
My guess would be that the rattle is actually the safety latch. The lock bar woudl be loose at that point and possibly allow the safety latch to rattle at that point. I don't really think there is a way to stop that but the warranty department will probably have a better answer. I am guessing that your email will be responded to sometime today. If you don't hear anything let me know.

I did not get a response today from SOG, but I would like to thank you for answering.

Is there an email address for the warranty department that I can shoot off an email to. THe previous email was from a form on the SOG site.
