Looking for feedback from folks that have used lanterns that can recharge from a built in solar panel?

I don't have solar lantern but I do have 3 solar flashlights. The newest one is an Energizer about 1 year old, and use it everynight whenever I get up to get a drink of water or check the woodfurnace rather than being blinded by turning on lights. It fits the palm of my hand and has 3 bright LEDs and produces a good crisp beam of light that lasts several hours after a day sitting on the sunny window sill. I have two others a Sunforce that is about 7 years old, an another thats over 10 years old held together with tape (don't know the name as the lable is long gone). They are solid and reliable, the Energizer is fully charged after half a day of sunshine. They will charge on cloudy days without a problem. The Energizer has a backup handcrank that I rarely use unless the light was left on by accident. I am never without a working light, and I don't have to change out and charge batteries.

Energizer also has a Solar Rechargeable 9-LED Lantern that sells for less than $30. It gets good ratings, but I've not seen our used one.

d.light S10. 15 bucks! Not sure on the brightness! It get 4.5 stars at amazon based on 186 reviews...that is pretty good. decent run time as well.

That BlackDiamond Orbit looks pretty slick, tons of reviews and has rechargeable options available
