This one is headed to Michigan and then to Atlanta so maybe some folks will get to see it for real. Ti framelock, pattern anodized, burl maple overlays, S30v blade. Enjoy! :)

As beautiful as this knife is, I really think it is a great utility design as well. It looks it will fit very comfortably in the hand and I think that is an excellent blade shape for a user. The improvement I have seen in quality in the short time you have been making knives amazes me. I hope this is a succcessful design for you, it sure deserves to be.

How about some specs?

Thanks for the kind words. :) Keith, the blade is 3" long, flat ground fairly thin for better slicing action, phosphor bronze bushings, SS spacers and the frame is .100 ti. A nice slim carry but still feels quite substantial in the hand.

Peter, both are just beautiful but I really like the maple one better. I love the coloring on the ti. Bet that took a while!

Thanks Steve, yeah, I'm kinda partial to the maple myself but the G10 has its own appeal too. It is very difficult to find wood that complements those anodized colors.

Muy bueno Peter! :D

I really like them both...great work! I agree with Keith.

The second is my favorite ;)

Very nice! Bring the blade to 3.5" and it will make it even sweeter.

Nick, coming from you that means a lot! :D

Joss, the 3 inch feels bigger in the hand than you would expect but I very well may make a 3.5" version as well.
