Offering this at a bargain price so if you want to take on a little fixer upper project, heres a deal for you
Note: This knife was one with the sticky lock problem, and while I have worked most of it out, it still sticks from time to time.
Now for the background story: I am the original owner, and chose to try and work the kinks out when I was trying to break it in, I used a pair of duck bill long nose to cycle the lock bar repeatedly, which definitely helped speed the process, but left tool marks on the bar (circled in red in picture). [Yes, I know, that was a hack move hindsights 20-20, right?]. To lessen the impact of those tool marks, I sanded just the lock bar with some 400, then 800 grit paper. It has softened the marks, but left the bar with a satin finish, and the rest of that side of the knife still looks bead-blasted. Not a big deal to me, but felt it worth mentioning.
I have used the knife to do some yard work, cut some bedding fabric, opened some bags of topsoil and mulch, stuff like that not much mileage on it at all. Like I said, the lock still sticks from time to time not really an issue if youre working with gloves on (in fact this is an excellent gloves on knife), but be aware that she is not fully rehabilitated. The rotating fixed blade lock works perfectly.
Comes with box, papers, and skele-tool
