For sale is my second stashed ZT 0551. This knife is fantastic. The one I'm carrying is so stout and works so well I don't think I will ever need to save this second one so off she goes. I recieved this knife in a trade but was LNIB then too and it's as nice as the first one I have that I received from a retailer. The action is amazingling smooth and easy. She opens and locks up with just a nudge of your thumb. The blade is centered by human standards. It may be off a thousandth of an inch but I'm picky about centering and it's centered as far as I'm concerned. Lock up is rock solid. There was a VERY minute tick (as opposed to stick) when releasing the lockbar so I put a little Sharpie on the tang with the intent that it will smooth out completely like my carry 0551 did. The one I carry had a minor tick too and after a few weeks of using it with Sharpie on the tang the lockbar smoothed out and doesn't require the Sharpie anymore. The lockbar release is super smooth right now with the Sharpie. This is a great 0551. I had four at one time and the two I kept are this one for sale now and the one I carry. Any marks will only be lint from the wipe down with a soft, flannel cloth, especially on the G10 side because the texture is grippy on the raised portions and lint sticks to it. You will also see a small thread under the clip that I didn't notice until I took the pictures but that also is from the wipe down. Rest assured this knife is uncarried.
