I sold my first knife yesterday. It's only the 4th knife I've made. I didn't even have time to post a pic. It felt really nice though and very satisfying that someone liked it enough to buy it. It was a 3" drop point design of mine with green linen micarta handles. Blade was made of 154 CM polised to a high shine.:D

Makes you feel good to know someone likes something you enjoyed making well enough to actually pay you money for it. Isn't that cool?
I am feel complimented each time someone purchases one, or orders one, of my knives, and I've been making for close to 10 years.
Congratulations!

I didn't even have time to snap a pic. I have one of the same design with tan linen phenolic handles that has a two tone finish ( satin/ polished). I'll try to post it soon. The guy that bought my first one also put in an order for another knife of the same design with stag handles. Can't beat that.

Nice going now you made a job out of it :foot: Seriously congrats on the sale and repeat buisness to boot! I figure I'll start selling sometime this summer  unless I land the big overtime job building yankee stadium, then I'll have no life.

Yeah, I make what I like and it is hard to let them go. I guess that's why we all make knives though.

Good job.
I need to sell one or two myself instead of giving them to friends.
Need to replace some of that stuff that disappears from the shop
that cost $$..
congrats again
