This knife was purchased new by me and hasn't been used, sharpened or carried and is in the same condition it was out of the box. I have gently fondled it a couple times but it has been in the safe since I got it. Lock-up is solid both ways and disengaging the lock isn't sticky at all. The blade is also perfectly centered. Box and paperwork are included.
There is a slight mark on the frame side from where the pocket clip touched in the tip-down position (see pic). The knife also came new with some imperfections on the CF side. They look like rub marks in the gloss of the finish and can only be seen in certain light and at a certain angle. I tried to capture them in pics but it's hard for my camera to pickup. They are most visible near the bottom tip of the handle.
