Saw a Soldier at GM and it had, not a key ring (round), but a slighty horseshoe-shaped, lanyard ring, I guess.

Is this made just for a particular customer, like Gander, or what? I do not see it on any Swiss Army Knife site.
Thanks

Probably a Wenger "Standard Issue"...same as Vic Soldier but still has the hollow rivet and they (Wenger) put the lanyard thing on it.

Here's a picture of my alox SAKs, the two top ones are Wenger Standard Issue, the one on the right is a Victorinox Soldier with ring, there's also two red Farmers and another Victorinox whose model name I don't remember.

Luis, you might want to check out the new Cadet II. It has a small blade instead of the nail file.
You might be interested in the copper alox Cadet too. I believe they are no longer being made, so if you are interested, you might want to grab one up before they are gone.

Yes Cadet, thanks guys.

In the good old days that one was my regular air travel knife, I would drop it in my shirt pocket and never had trouble getting it in the plane, it's been unused for a while now.
