OK, so it's only 2 1/8" long. A very fine Victorian Era "sweetheart pin". The maker or at least the jeweler's name has long disappeared from the exquisite box.

John - what a beauty!

I like Bruise's idea best....:D

I want one of these as a tie clip, not that I have a tie to wear it with.

Actually a khukuri money clip would be nice. A good reminder to not get that next computer game and to save up for the next 25" AK blem.

John, whatever you do don't try and be generous and give this to your favorite kami!! :eek: They'll think its the new model and it'll take a year to get anything bigger out of Birghorka!! ;) :rolleyes:

Tis a preety one JP! Is it Hallmarked? The English made ones often are.
Mind you I am only assuming English because of the box.

What Ct. is it?

my Pioneer style one with the inlayed cut saphires isnt hallmarked & is presumably Indian or Burmese. {IMHO}

Althought I collect Military kuks I have to admit I have had to keep a couple of the gold ones Ive seen, & I wore one as a tie pin at my Fathers Funeral.

It drew a surprising amount of comment, mind you lots of old ww2 veterans there.

Thanks for sharing!

N2S, Yep, I think the upturned end of scabbard may just be artistic effect though it is similar to other Indian daggers,but its a khuk.
