I have owned many liner locks and frame locks, I would like to find out those knives (liner or frame locks)that people have owned that have never given them any problems over time? Knives that have never had any blade play or failed on them. My list are-

-Strider GB
-Small Sebenza
-Mayo TNT
-William Henry Kestrel

Thae reason I ask this is because I love the smoothness and ease of using a liner lock or frame lock, but I am also getting tired of those that are really weak and do not lock-up correctly.

Thanks in advance

Mike Obenauf, JW Smith, Aaron Fredericks, Chris Smith, Larry Chew, Bob Terzuola, Tom Anderson, Phil Boguzewski, Deryk Munroe, Brad Duncan, Jones Bros., Neil Blackwood & Rob Simonich (if he ever decided to do any more folders).

A.T. Barr, Frank Centofante (yes, Frank does a beautiful Linerlock folder even though he is highly regarded for his flawless lockbacks),
Bob Terzuola, and Allen Elishewitz are ones I've purchased and never had trouble with.

And frankly, I've not had a customer call or return one of my own linerlocked folders needing lock work.

I have owned a Linerlock made by Allen Elishewitz and found the liner to be very thin and it flexed quite easily. It locked up very well and I never had a problem, but I always thought the lock could have been a little more substantial. This is just my observation on the one knife that I have owned that was made by Allen.
