I recently got the buck solitaire with valox on it, but not after thoroughly eyeballing half of every USA manufacturer's selections. After holding it for awhile now and seeing the other models with the new logos, I kinda wish they made a paperstone handle model with the milled out symbol, in complete analogous-ness to the paperstone vantages', but while still retaining the bolsters.

just food for thought....

There is a Boone and Crocket set with green paperstone available, with out checking, I think 301 and 309. I'm not sure if they still have them or not. 301 may be available seperately, but no solitaire that I can remember.

Here you go Fritzy,

A 301 by itself, set is 303 and 309. Now where is that 301 300Bucks

Naturally it was the last place I looked.....see them once in a great while on bay.

Thank you Mr 300, knew I could count on you. Yeah, they dont swim in the bay much, wonder if you can get em from the factory at all? They dont appear in the 2012 catalog. A paperstone solitaire would be nice in the B&C.

I'd love to see Buck use Paperstone a bit more. IMO it's one of their better handle materials when you take into consideration the price, strength and affordability. I've been hoping for a 55 ecolite as well as the 300 series offered in paperstone, but IMO all of this is just wishfull thinking at best.
