I made this compact solo cooking kit recently. Accent on this one was on higher pot stability and larger wood burning chamber and feeding hole

It started like this

Pot support wires have two heights, lower for burning:

And good old coal cooking :)

Thanks for watching

Nice - if you're ok with just alcohol, then a Whitebox Stove www.whiteboxstoves.com with the foil screen / integrated pot stand will save you a bit of weight. Right now, you've got a super flexible multi-fuel system so you're not reliant on a singel fuel source! I imagine its still pretty light anyway :)

very nice! ditto what others said, i really like seeing diy threads like this.

Thanks guys!
@neeman, jskit & acv :)
Containers i was using are just plain stainless mugs. Wind screen was also made out of the same mug. I cut shape, and using this

with hammer i bend plates that holds handles and rivet that to a mug
When bending wires, always bend around something

And because wires are thick-ish, don't use pliers but vise and a hammer

This was just to show how, it's not the actual materials used in the bild

I hope this helps

Nice work. Had no idea you had made both of the containers. They look a lot like GSI Glacier cups. The multi-fuel system gives you a lot of options. I really like that.
