Solutions?

I fucked up my Syderco Manix 2 by trying to change the pocket clip around and wore out the plastic in the well. Any solutions because now I can't tighten the screw and feel like anything further I do just ruins it more.

Maybe try a dab of epoxy to hold it in place?
Do you have pics of the damage?

The screw "well" isn't plastic, it's metal, and you stripped it.

In the words of your introductory post:
You're F___ed.

Send it to Spyderco. It's remotely possible they might look past the user damage and do you a solid. Assuming your very first inquiry with them is a little more tactful.

Tap the hole for a larger screw.
It's not hard to figure out.
