(SOLVED) Does anyone know who makes this knife?

I'm looking for this knife I lost a long time ago and all I have to remember it by is this one picture, does anyone know what it is and who makes it?

Not sure about that knife particularly, but a cold steel golden eye tanto was my first impression.
Be a decent alternative if you need to go a different route.
 
He said he lost it a long time ago and the Cold Steel Goldeneye just came out so I doubt it is the knife he lost or he would have to have a time machine.

Did the knife you lost have a wave feature on the spine of the knife? It is hard to tell from the picture of that is what I am looking at.
 
Pretty sure I've seen this before. It's not a wave but some kind of guard/thumb ramp.
 
Is that a Spyderhole style opener or one of those angled thumbstuds like appear on the Kershaw Blur?
 
All I can say is I bought it around 5-6 years ago and it has a Spyderhole style opener and a green handle. I got it at a sword and knife shop in Macninaw, Michigan. I asked them about it when I lost it and they said they didn't know.
 
I don't think so, the logo doesn't look like Mtech's. (The gold on the blade was the logo).
