Why do you need to remove it? At that point, the knife is pretty much fully disassembled. If you still need to remove it, an appropriately sized socket placed upright should be able to push it out.

I like this one. Find a socket that is at least as big as the lanyard tube (tube will spread if its too small), but not larger than the G10 (cracking issues if its too big). Place said socket on table. Place scale with tube over socket, gently push lanyard tube down over socket by applying pressure to the G10 evenly, back and forth. Get it just far enough so that it will come out, and that you don't end up with a socket in your scale
