That's AWESOME that you got those sheaths signed by A.G. Russell!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for sharing!!!

I really enjoy the shows, as it is a great way to meet fellow Dogs, Rats, and Hogs. Of course, checking out all of the custom knives isn't too hard to take either!;)

Great report and pics.

I remember that Russell bowie from his catalog way back then. Does the handle have a compartment for survival items?

Good memory Resinguy! Yes, the insert is held on with a screw and there is enough room for some fishing line and hooks, matches, etc.

A.G. Russell is really nice and a true gentleman. When he took my knife and sheath to sign he smiled real big as if it brought back fond memories. It was a real pleasure meeting him!:D:thumbup:

Hi Tom, looks like you had a great time .... one of the best things at the shows is meeting up .... Great momento's from AG Russell signing the sheaths too ...:thumbup:

Nice pics, Tom. R. Lee Ermey is a hoot! You two jarheads should get together and have a few.

Vic - I just wish that Lee had more time to b/s, but everybody wanted to meet him. We DID chat a little - he arrived in VietNam before me, but our tours overlapped. He is very familiar with my old unit over there!:D:thumbup:
