Some advice please...

I just got a Sage 2 and the first thing i want to do is take it apart to lubricate it properly(feels kinda dry out of the box). I am using CRK fluorinated grease and was wondering about something....should I put lube on both sides of the washers? Or should i leave the contact area between the inside of the handle and the washers dry?..and just put the lube between the washers and the blade?

I do both sides. Either way is fine. No such thing as over lubing.

I do the same, I lube on both sides.

When the action starts to feel less than glassy smooth and I don't feel like taking it apart, I put a drop on both sides of the blade. Just working it open and closed around 20 times is enough to get the lube into the washers.
