Freggin awsome sheaths, built like little tanks. Its amazing how much better quailty then the ones you get from a production knife.

Thanks Eric for the awsome work, good work, I can't wait to get a sheath for my BK7, I'll send you an e-mail :D

COOL BEANS! I'm going to be ordering one from Normark here within the next month or so for my Native that's still in the mail. I feel your pain or waitin!

I like the rucksack alot more then the fireman, bigger saw, beffier blade, awsome :)

Hey Guys..

Thanks much.. :)

Fonly..

glad your Ruk fits in there,, however it's for an OHT.. :)

I seen your maglight solitare in one of your pictures,, thought you could use a good rig for it..

As for the Hartsook sheath..

When you get your Hartsook,, unpack it,, remove the knife from the sheath and walk over to the garbage and drop that POS OEM sheath in the trash...

You won't be needing it now!! :)

Glad you like everything..
Enjoy!!

haha, I thought it was :p, but it still fits good, and If I ever get a oht, I'll get another sheath :D
I gotta say, I now know why you said you prefer the rucksak over the Fireman model, much better fit, slimmer, better saw.

Thank you Normark, Great work

Hey Fonly...

Is that the Fireman SAK with OH main blade ??

Ohh well the Ruk fits,, thats cool.. :)

Does that really stay snugly in there? I imagine it does or you wouldn't be pleased with it. I'm just amazed at the economy of design, it's pretty darn cool to have that much handle to grab. Normark:thumbup:

I was amazed be the tension, at first I couldn't draw the knife with one hand, Now I can sorta with really dry hands :D
Holds it nice and snug, now way its coming out.

Hey Fonly...

If it's a little tight you could lube it up a little...

I'd prefer you to use a little bit of silicone spray..Spray a squirt on yuor finger,,and rub it all inside the holster...

If that won't work,, most people don't have silicone spray around, you could try a little Armourall for car interiors..
That makes it a little slick inside..

Dry kydex can make a knife feel tight...
A shot of some lube with smoothen it right up...

I would damn sure rather have it a little too tight, and "have to" lube it, than a little too loose.

Hey Guys..

Gibson..

Thanks

Absolutely...

There can be a fine line between too tight and too loose sometimes..
If you can live with it,, then leave it be.. :)

Ya the Ruck is my favourite. Cool sheaths but I have a few questions ..... Why do they put what looks like little phillips head screws in some of them? Are they screws? What is the purpose of these items? Why do my feet stink? Is there life on other planets? Wanna pull my finger?

Hey Upnorth...

The screws you see are attached to the belt loop in the back

wavegstringback.jpg

The rig can be carried in many different ways...

Vertical, Horizontal. Inverted, Canted at 45 degrees (both forward and rearward tilt) and as well both left and right handed carry.
The two holes at the top are for neck carry, leave the belt loop on or take it off,,either way you want.

Cool. I can see a folder sheath being easier to deal with getting in/out of vehicles if it was laying horizontaly across a belt, as opposed to the traditional vertical.
