He was kind enough to send me some pics of the season

He is the real deal and I look forward to someday spending some time with him

Thought I would share some pics with you guy's of customs in the field getting used.

Jim is carrying a vintage Damascus Bowie by Bill.

Leather by the best leather man there is Pappy Long

One thing about both these guy's work it can hold up incredible well in real hard use.

pics like these are why I got into custom knives 20 some years ago.

At the time prouduction knives and sheaths sucked. So I searched out guys like Paul and Bill that made hardcore stuff

Great back up gun for Bear country
Bill actually sent Jim some Bullets that he cast. Same one's I will be useing next month to shoot a Buffalo with I believe.

Beautiful scenery! Alaska looks alot like Norway tbh.. Always worthwhile reading your posts Joe! Keep it up;)
 
Thank's for all the nice commets.And thank you Joe for posting my pics. i sent you.I can skin a grizzly but i can't do pictures.The handel on the Bagwell is polished stag.I can't wait to get my HB from Bill, to take up there this coming spring.A great rifle,handgun and a great knife.Make's one feel safe at night in the Alaska bush.Thank's Jim
