finally got one of my grail knives, and i'm pretty impressed. it's also my first e handle, which isn't bad at all. busse really needs to make more long and thin blades . . . intentionally. this has to be one of the best mistakes ever

had an excellent factory convex edge already, i just polished it up a bit on a worn 9 micron belt and leather.

can't wait to take it hiking this week

Congrats... and great pics too!

The ZTBM is the ONLY ergo I've ever considered getting. :o

I forget, how thin are these?

.

now that is a beauty of a blade! I was eyeing with it, but it stays in my wet dreams...
the leather isn't too shabby, either...

Beautiful score...and still one of my favorites! Go out and beat her...you'll love it and so will she! :D

I love my ZTBM! I used to use it but she's mostly retired now. A new long, thin blade would be tops!

now that is an awesome knife, jimmy explained the grail stuff to me a little in atl, but that is an awesome blade. topnotch pics as well.

what is the name on that blade, one mo gin...

Nice ZT pair there. I really would like to handle a set and see how they work for me. (in an completely hetero way, that is).

3/16" as far as i can tell. don't have calipers, but it looks pretty much the same thickness as my other 3/16" knives

it has quite a few imperfections that i couldn't capture in the pics, which is one of the reasons i'm having no qualms about using it.

Mmmmmmm... thINFI. :D

Be sure to post the pics of her beatings. :D

.

I loved mine. But it was mint and I couldn't bring myself to beat her. :( So I sold her off to someone who hopefully will use her as intended.

FAST blade. I loved cutting air with it.
