Hello everyone, how goes it?

I have these old pieces by 2 BF makers, one is made by Mr DW Childress who passed away not too long ago...didn't feel right selling it. I believe it is D2 and Bone. The other I don't remember the maker but it is a carbon steel.

I will do my random wheel generator for 2 spins, first winner gets to pick which they want, with the second getting the remaining.

To enter, just post an "I'm in" followed by some christmas plans or cooking tips (I like food). Winners will be picked Friday 13th 8pm EST.

Thanks everyone, hope you all have a terrific Christmas; take care and stay positive.

Here are pics, apologies in advance not meant for self-promotion lol.

Thanks for the opportunity.

For the holiday's, I recommend a beef (or elk / venison if you've got it) tenderloin with a garlic and paprika spice rub. Add some salt and pepper just before cooking. Throw the bad boy onto the grill for about 4min a side. Get a nice seer on all sides. Rest. And serve. Delicious. Nutritious. And Healthy.

I’m in.

We just had our fourth baby a couple of weeks back so it’ll just be spending time with family.

I just got some suet so I’m going to make a spotted d*ck for Christmas Day. Looking forward to that.
Ummmmm….🤣😂🤣😂

I’m in, if you will allow. 👍🏼

I’ll be spending as much time away from work and with family as possible for Christmas. There will be so much food, it will be spectacular. We have cooks and bakers in my family. Mmm…turkeys, hams, duck, and all sorts of goodies!

Merry Christmas!

I'm in. Our family will get together the Saturday before Christmas because there are a lot of kids and grandchildren. They can do Santa Claus on Christmas at their own house. Mac and cheese is mandatory for all holidays.
Thanks for your generosity.

I'm in. Thanks. Plan to spend time with my wife's family on Christmas day. Still have shopping to do for the kids. Hopefully more family time in the future.

This year, Christmas and Hanukah overlap, and I plan to celebrate ChristmaHanuKwanzaKah with friends. (Thanksgiving is our big family get together)

We always cook a turkey, with an extra bunch of turkey wings that go in the oven about 4 hours before the rest of the bird so they are crunchy and properly desiccated. Just like Mom used to make! 😁

This is not an entry, but I think this is a great way to honor the memory of Mr. Childress.

I make Glögg and Marlborough Pudding- the pudding is a recipe that comes from the colonial times. I recommend everyone try it.

I'd also like to be in!

I will be spending Christmas with the family just enjoying the day together. I will then be visiting my girlfriend and her family later that week. Christmas is probably going to feel a lot longer than just a day this year for me.

I’m in! We’re going to stay home and spend Christmas Day with family. My dad passed away back in April, so Christmas feels a bit different this year.
My wife and mom are planning on making breakfast for Christmas dinner this year. My wife makes delicious bacon grease gravy.
