Don't worry. I washed the knife and cutting board between the raw chicken and the tomato/cilantro/grilled chicken.
Hitting the last of the summer tomatoes here. I'm about to go into withdrawals soon.
 
How do you like the choil?

I just noticed that you appear to double up on your tortillas. Is that legal?
 
Alright! Now I'm gonna have to use mine tonight to prep our dinner. I might even use it to open a beer :)

Trade, IMO the choil on these things are just right. And I haven't forgotten about our deal. I'm still working on it when I can.

Legal? Probably not.
I got the idea from the taco shack down the road, and I imagine several of its employees may not be legal either.

?, Guess I'm getting old. Come to think it, the creepiest thing that I ever ate was a fish. Many years ago I was boozed up and thought that it was cooked. I grabbed the half cooked fish and bit into its side, holding it like a cob of corn. I still remember the wierd multiple tail twitch as the tail flapped by my mouth......Ya...not good.
 
dude, if you can eat your street tacos with only one tortilla, then they ain't greasy enough. cabeza tacos are IMPOSSIBLE to eat with only one tortilla.

Personally I like to double up my shells when I'm making tacos, burritos, fajitas or anything else that involves tortilla shells. I double them up with some shredded cheese in between.
 
no greater fun can be had than to drive a black van with 3-4 foot tall letter on the side that says "INS" :)

someone did that in a nearby resort, and for weeks, the food stands were empty. oops.
 
I think the BK 5 is my favourite Becker....don't yet own any but that might well be my first !
