Wow, very nice guys. How are most of you doing it?

I think we all do it with minimal tools. I use a bench with, band saw, drill, buffing mount, and a nice router cabinet set up. I think Barry does his by hand as well.
I have been experimenting with overlays using thin cf sheet like above. I nee to try again.
