Some confusion about John Powell's gold member account.

In correspondence with John I have discovered that there's some confusion about his account. As I understand things John has applied for a gold membership under his current handle of John Powell and then in the "kukris for sale" thread I see where ArchAngel posted that John's JDP account was now gold as well?
Can someone help us out here so we will know what's going on?
I know from past experience that it sometimes takes a few days to get a premium or gold account registered so it can be used properly and we sure don't want John to get into any more trouble because his hasn't became effective......

Moderators?????
 
In my experience these tend to do better in the Bladeforums Service and Support forum, under General Discussion. Spark is more likely to see them there and answer the question.

The JDP account is a "Gold Member", and the John Powell account is a "Basic Member".

N2S, John said he requested a gold membership for his John Powell account as well.

etp777, you're correct.:o :rolleyes: I just wasn't thinking, just cross posted in the S & S Forum as well.
 
Thanks guys. I certainly didn't mean to cause any more problems. I will try to get it straightened out so I can start posting photos of interest and to help in answering questions.

You mean like Groucho, Harpo, and Zeppo Marx were brothers? As in "jest tzn" between brothers shouldn't usually draw blood?

How about if we just adopt you as a respected part of the family instead?

Edited to correct spelling from resected to respected. ( Then again, he hasn't said much about the details of what all then doctors actually did to him.
 
Actually, someone else paid to make the JDP account Gold, as I understand it. The person in question did not know that John had another account.:rolleyes: Oh well, now John can have two Gold accounts!!:D :cool: ;) Better too much than too little I always say!:)
 
Oh boy, this thing is becoming a really boring epic. Resected is a great word and should apply to me....maybe...what does it mean?

Someone was kind enough to enough to send Bill $$ for this Gold thingy, but everyone has done so much already I asked Bill to use the money for the support of the Lama who needed help before. I put the cost on a piece of plastic, but am still trying to figure how to get my 'old' account that now has become turbocharged with Gold.

Being "resected" has made me even more confused than ever.
 
Resected - cut or pared off; as in the operation of cutting out part of an organ or bone.
- the determination of a position with reference to points of known location, whether on the ground or on a map or chart.

A resection is a disection that didn't work the first time, and had to be redone.
