I thought I should give you a heads up on some changes that will be happening here - Bridget has decided to move on and she will be leaving CRK on September 17. We are sad to see her go but, after 8 years at CRK, she feels she needs different challenges. Perhaps those of you who have come to know her, would like to post a "farewell and good luck" kind of message for her here or you are welcome to email her direct at crkinfo@chrisreeve.com.

For now, I'll be taking over most of the customer service, sharing it with Stephanie, with whom many of you have already spoken. Steph will be here until her baby arrives (late October - early November), so you can expect to hear new voices on the phone in the months to come. Even though the people may change, you can rest assured that the quality of service will not change! :)

We so appreciate our "Forum Family" and the support that all of you give us!

Anne

Anne,
Thanks for letting us know. Bridget was great and will be missed. I'm also sure that the quality of the company and the product will always be maintained, for which we're all grateful.

Bridget, thanks for helping me out with my sebbie. Good luck with your new endeavours - don't be a stranger, doesn't mean you can't register and post here....

Thanks for letting us know Anne, I'll be emailing you and Bridget shortly about some sebbie queries.....

Anne,

Thanks for the notice about Bridget. After dealing with her and your company for the past 5 years, I will truly miss her fun voice and helpfulness.

Oh noooo.... "good afternoon Chris Reeeve Knives " will NEVER sound the same again! I wish Bridget the best, She does deserve it!

Say it ain't so, Bridget!

Who will take care of my "pound puppy" rescues?

Seriously, I wish you all the best. You are have been an exemplary representative of CRK and your quality will stand you in good stead wherever you go. Best of luck.

I'm sorry to see you go but I hope you find much success and happiness. Best wishes, tf.

thanks for all of the emails you have answered and wish you all the best!!

:D :)

Good luck Bridget! Thanks for all your help in the past, sorry to see you go.

Bridget,

I would like to personally thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to the job you were hired to do at CRK. It is because of you and your willingness to go above and beyond that I will always have a CRK knife in my pocket or on my belt. You are definitely one of the nicest and knowledgeable customer service people I have ever had the pleasure to speak with. It is because of you 2 members of my fire department went to war with CRK knives on their sides. You have been wonderful to me and to the many other CRK customers. You will be missed and I will miss hearing your voice on the other end of the line. I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. :)

(Please don't go! Please, please, please don't go!) :(

Anne, I have yet to do business with CRK (just odd circumstance). I met Chris once at the SHOT Show a few years back and have handled many of your products. I have always had a CRK on my short list but I must say that the remarks from fellow forumites and the input from your staff here have made it a much shorter list. I WILL have several Reeves knives eventually.
I know that people move on and am confident that since you hired these good people that you will most likely replace them with good people. I look forward to doing business with you folks and see nothing but good times ahead for Chris Reeves Knives. Keep it up and good luck to the staff. Kevin

Hey, she just took an order from me last week... A very nice first interaction. Sorry to hear that she's leaving...

one question though... is she cute and single?

Anne - Thanks for the heads - up. I just sent Bridget an email at the address you provided. She'll be missed; I wish her all the best for the future.

Just read this post... oh no... :(

Bridget, of course good luck with your new job. That is always challenge... and adventure of course :D

I'll really miss your voice & all the friendly emails. Your service, or rather your care about me as a customer, has been always top notch. I've always enjoyed our conversations... also when you've informed me couple of times that I have to wait a bit longer for my knives. Thanks for all your help Bridget!
