Here are a few custom handles I've finished in recent months.
First, Cold steel recon scout with a ebony stained white walnut handle and crushed stranded copper wire set in epoxy to finish the tang hole plus a brass tube, I discovered this handle design on a recent buy to find it is practically the best handle I've ever held, perfect in virtually every way.
Second is a Gerber Utility bowie that had a poor handle install and no guard so I made an ebony stained white walnut coffin and used a cold steel guard, this is tension fit with a hidden nut and I did a custom kydex as well.
Third is another of my favorite blades the recon scout this one is in 3v, the handle is burlap shaped like the first, such a good fit and feel, I drilled the guard for lanyards and filled the tang hole with crushed stranded stainless wire for a cool almost damascus look and used a brass tube.
