Some custom work needed - who do I go to?

Dietz is not taking orders, Will Moon is just doing knives these days, and Rival doesn't do Ti... Who do I go to if I want to get an emerald twill scale and Ti bolster on an 0560cbcf?

Also I have a few things I'd like done to a couple folders:

Kershaw Junkyard Dog 2 black composite blade:
- Add finger choil on blade without removing cutting edge ( it has a wide flipper, so one could add the choil and leave the flipper just as functional. )
- Stonewash and reshape the pocket clip

Hogue EX-02 3.75in spear point:
- Reprofile the edge to 30 inclusive; restore the tip. (Got this used, tried to put a new edge on it and fix the tip, could use a pro's touch.)

I just don't know who to contact to get this stuff done. I'm looking for quality work more than affordability.

I have already contacted the one person who has a post on that sub forum that works with titanium. Three days and no response. Is there anyone that you can recommend?
 
Four people contacted, no responses except for Will Moon confirming that he indeed no longer customizes knives. Am I being impatient? I feel like 24-72 hours is a perfectly reasonable email response time.

I have to say, it's odd that Dietz and Tuffthumbz closed their books within (IIRC) one week of each other for undisclosed personal reasons. Not suspicious, just odd.

Some of these guys get really backed up email accounts. I've taken longer to respond to people, and I'm not a knife maker/modder trying to keep up with tons of requests. They might not even check those email accounts over the weekend, so I wouldn't worry too much just yet.
