Hello,

Here is one of my favorite knife maker : Pierre Lebrun.

Pierre uses traditionnal methods to create its fixed knives.
For exemple, he uses griding weel instead of a backstand.
He makes the Damascus steel using Perret method writen during the end of XVIII.

Pierre forge utilities, office and kitchen knives.
He master his steel to make thin and strong blades.

I have three of them and use them with a real pleasure.

Dear all,

Here is a knife from a french Knife maker located in Meuse province (north-east France).
He is a custom knives maker but is production is mainly based on two models, slipjoint looking as traditionnal with a modern touch.

He's named Jacky Pasquier.

The blade is thin and efficient, made by Jacky with manual tools even if the knifes looks the same, they are all différents.

Here is mine with the leather sheath he made.
