It's no secret that two of the knife makers that I used the most was Mark Wohlwend and Bryan Breeden, both of which retired their forges and stopped making sharp steel. A quick reminder of my knives from Mark:

And a dual edged WSK knife that Mark sent me to test out. I loved this knife and as you can probably imagine from the pic of the grind it cut amazingly. Sadly I found it too similar to my Booshway which I still preferred so I sent it back to Mark to sell to someone who would get more use from it !

Anyway I'm waffling ! Yesterday I saw on Facebook that Mark has started making knives again which is great news for me because I have another wacky project in mind !
