Some help indentifying please

I just picked this up, any information would be greatly appreciated.
It looks a lot like the U.S.A. stamp on this little knife I have:
AsFQbnN.jpg

Probably an inexpensive unbranded knife from one of the Providence, RI cutlery companies of yore. Mine has hollow sheet metal bolsters, and similar plastic scales as yours. Yours looks like the bolsters may be solid, though.

I would guess Imperial, Colonial, The Ideal, or maybe some other. Some had surprisingly good blades despite being dime-store fare. I really like them.

This. Looks like a Colonial from the 1950'6 1960's period.

No center pin. It is a Clamshell knife.
Colonial made a lot of them after the Imperial-Schrade patent expired.(Imperial continued to make them in Prov. RI until the plant burned down in '88, moving production to Ireland after the fire, where they were made in Ireland from 1988 until Imperial-Schrade shut down in 2004.
The shell construction Imperial Barlow is currently produced by the current owner of Imperial-Schrade (BTI) offshore.
The current production has 3CR whatever MoV stainless blades, rather than the Made in USA and Ireland 1095 blades.
