Some help needed finding something

My son is an avid bike rider and has quite of collection of bicycle racing memorabila. He told me that he saw a small Buck lockback that had a bicycle rider on the handle and wants me to find one for him.

I've personally seen or heard of one, so any help finding out what it was would be appreciated.
